What we need to start your order

Measure the rough opening width, height and wall thickness, and tell us the hand of the swing.

For a replacement, we work from your existing opening so the new system drops into the same hole with the finish work intact. For new construction, send the plan opening and we supply to the rough opening dimensions and the wind-load requirement on the permit.

Quotes are free, whether it's one door or the whole house. A quote becomes firm once we confirm it in writing; prices can move with material costs and availability until then.

Stocked versus special order timing

It depends on the product. Stocked items move quickly; special orders and custom sizes take longer. We'll give you a realistic lead time with your quote rather than a hopeful one.

Big box stores hand a custom door order to a third party and add their margin on top. We buy direct, keep the fast-moving sizes in stock in Clearwater, and quote every job individually.
